At times throughout the season, the Philadelphia Section PGA Junior Tour experiences more registrants for a tournament than the event can accommodate. Field sizes are based on the amount of tee times the host facility can provide for the day. Each online registrant will be notified before their application is submitted that they will be put on a waiting list. 

We recommend that you wait list only if:

• You make yourself available for a last-minute notification
• You live nearby
• You plan on being in the area for another reason
• If you are no longer available for a tournament you are waitlisted for please reach out to the PJT Task Force via our email info@phillyjuniortour.com
• Players are responsible for being at their starting tee on time and no circumstances will allow for a player to move to another tee time 

The reason for this recommendation is that almost all withdrawals and/or cancellations occur within one week of the tournament date, if not a day or two before the tournament due to illness, injury or family emergency, and thus do not allow for an adequate time for most people to make the appropriate arrangements.

All wait list decisions are at the discretion of the Tournament Director

We do our best to allow everyone an equal chance to play, but the best way to ensure entry is to sign up early.

If you are on the waiting list, please adhere to the following procedures:

• You are able to see where you stand on the waiting list by going to the player roster on the Golf Genius tournament page
• If you are unable to to check the availability of an event more than three days prior to the tournament date, you may send one email to info@phillyjuniortour.com
• If you wish to check your position on the waiting list by phone and it’s less than three days prior to the tournament date, you may make 1 phone call to the PJT Task Force (267) 622-6170 (To better and timely serve all members, please make one email or phone call in regards to your position on the waiting list)
• If you wish to remove your name from the waiting list more than one week prior to the event, please email info@phillyjuniortour.com

As soon as the Tournament Director is notified of a withdrawal or cancellation, the next player on the waitlist will be contacted via email or by phone to confirm if they still wish to participate in the event. If you have not been contacted via email or by phone, a position has not opened up for that tournament. A player on the waitlist will not be charged until they have confirmed they will like to play in the event.
